How to care different types of hair? Several tips for you

Hair of many people is not the same, depending on the type of hair, you should have different care regimens. On the advice of hair care expert, you should not wash your hair regularly. It’s best to wash 3 days / time and to select suitable shampoo and use extra care support products for extra shiny hair. Oily hair

 Dry hair
To recover, firstly, you should limit sun exposure, swimming in water containing chlorine and bending or straightening. Choose moisture-rich shampoo, conditioner for dry and damaged hair. Use hair cream 1 time/1 week and oil absorption 2 times / month. When drying hair, adjust hair dry machine in mild temperatures.

Curly hair
The chemicals used for bending, stretching and dye make hair dull and prone to confusion. The first thing to do is to select rich moisturizing shampoo containing essential oils extracted from herbs, sea salt, vitamin B5, vitamin E, silk protein, karetein. When shampooing, use your fingertips to massage so that shampoo penetrates into the scalp and hair roots. Apply enough oil on your hair and use a wide tooth comb to comb under shower. Use cotton towel to absorb and pat on hair. Do not rub because hair is easy to be tangle-prone, lost and broken.

Thin hair 

To prevent the hair breakage and split ends, wash with warm water and use a conditioner for the hair extension. After washing your hair, you can use two egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil or almond oil mixed with 1-2 drops of your favorite herbs such as lemon, citrus, eucalyptus, frankincense, orange chrysanthemum … to rub all the hair, and composite hair with towel, rinse off with warm water after 1 hour.

Thick hair
For soft hair, 1 time/ week you can use herbs such as camellia oil, olive oil, sesame oil applied to apply on hair. Keep hair in the towel for 15-20 minutes, wash with shampoo and rinse with cold water.





Nutrition for hair
 Although shampoos on the market contain hair nutrition ingredients fully but they can not help the hair to become completely strong if your diet is not reasonable. The full complement of nutrients play a crucial role in creating the beauty of hair. Grains contain many minerals, soy contains phytoestrogens, vegetables and fruits contain much fiber and vitamins which help hair strong, shiny. With lack of vitamin A, B, H, B6, hair will fall out and split ends, with lack of iron, hair will be white; with lack of iodine deficiency hair will be dull. Water shortages make hair become dry and fibrous.
